Why do you work at Monsanto?
Monsanto is a great company to work for. I believe that Monsanto is truly concerned about their employees. The benefits are good, and the people that I have met at different sites are great.
What does your work entail?
I am in charge of our quality and safety management systems at the site. I conduct audits of our site and other sites. I have also participated in safety exchanges with other sites. I deal with the management of documents, calibration procedures, and training of employees on the procedures and processes at the site. I also handle safety related concerns, which include incident reporting and analysis, conducting safety meetings, ordering supplies and maintain reporting and compliance issues.
What do you like to do outside work?
I like to travel, work on computers, ride my 4-wheelers and spend time with my grandkids.
