Why do you work at Monsanto
Monsanto allows me to have an interesting career and balance that with my family and personal life. Employees at Monsanto are intelligent, hard-working, passionate and fun—we truly act as owners and that's a great feeling. I also feel strongly about Monsanto's mission and pursuit of environmental sustainability and food supply through science-based solutions.
What does your work entail?
If you want an opportunity to transport your skills across multiple roles, Monsanto is the best place to do this! I have been very fortunate to have a diverse career experience within Monsanto—working in strategy, marketing, product management and manufacturing.
In my current role, I lead the development and execution of marketing strategies for global branding and trait introductions for significant product launches and the development of the overall customer relationship management strategy. This requires collaboration across multiple global and regional marketing functions.

What do you like to do outside work?
I am very busy with family! I am married and have 3 daughters. I like to travel with my family. I volunteer at my children's school and currently serve on the Board of Trustees. I also love to cook and to watch Project Runway.
