Why do you work at Monsanto?
Monsanto is a company that expects and encourages great things from its employees. I've always felt I had the green light to make improvements in our processes and explore better ways of doing things (especially in the manufacturing world). I feel Monsanto values its employees as individuals both on and off the job.
What does your work entail?
As the U.S. Logistics Lead, my team is responsible for delivering our products to the customer. This includes pre-positioning product in the right geographical location to meet the customers’ needs and delivering the product in a cost effective manner. The U.S. Logistics team also manages the warehouses and bulk terminals that we use to store product.
What do you like to do outside work?
I enjoy spending time with family whether it’s watching my sons play soccer, taking in a movie or just hanging out around the house.
