Why do you work at Monsanto?

In my case, I was blessed with an opportunity of having an international assignment in STL, which has been a great learning experience and is certainly broadening my vision and career aspirations.

• Delivering on key business and financial objectives through sales and operational excellence
• Ensuring success of the US commercial strategy through proper execution and balancing market and business opportunities, dynamics and issues

What do you like to do outside work?
I love traveling with my family and playing with my little boy. In addition to reading and watching movies/TV, I enjoy cooking some favorite recipes or trying out something new. I also enjoy some quality time with some Brazilian friends that also live in St. Louis area.
